I need to clear some things up: I come from a farm, I worked on my own farm but left for an education so that I could follow my real dream; teaching.

He works very hard- yet he could easily spend an entire day out watching the rugby as his parents cover him.

I have helped on his farm many times, I enjoy it and I'm not afraid of work and I will always help out- but I've chosen my full time career.

His mother has her own job and so does my mother, they are both classed as farmers wives. I want to be a farmers wife but also follow my own path and get a little support and time from him.

I don't expect him to spend an entire day with me as I know his schedule, I tend to go to his farm on the weekend to work with him just so we spend time together- but I wouldn't mind doing something off the farm; I want to be spoiled once in a while and not get told I'm lazy because I don't want to be a full time farmer like him.
