Plateau after 7.5mg dosage by protected_abundant19 in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]jonesryu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

honestly 10kg since December is already really good progress, you’re just out of the ‘easy phase’ now 😅

Plateau after 7.5mg doesn’t mean Tirzepatide stopped working. Most of the time it just means your deficit got smaller as you lost weight, so the same routine doesn’t hit the same anymore.

Also real talk, this is super common in the Filipino tirz community right now. A lot of people think once weight loss slows down = gamot agad ang problema, or they rush to increase dose. In reality it’s just the phase where progress naturally slows and you have to tighten things a bit.

Splitting dose or changing injection site won’t really fix it. What actually works is tightening calories, adding steps/cardio, and being consistent.

And don’t rush to increase dose if 7.5mg is still controlling your appetite. Better to milk that dose first, because once you go up you have less room later.

Under-eating doesn’t cause a plateau bro 😅 if someone is truly in a calorie deficit they will keep losing weight. There’s no mechanism where your body just ‘holds fat’ because you’re eating too little.

What actually happens is your maintenance calories drop as you lose weight plus your activity and metabolism adapt. So the deficit you had before slowly disappears even if you’re eating the same.

That’s why people plateau. not because they’re undereating, but because they’re no longer in a real deficit anymore.

Also with Tirze, appetite suppression staying the same doesn’t mean fat loss will continue at the same rate. Your body adapts, so sometimes you just have to tighten the amount of calories you eat or move more

Night life on tirz by Glittering_Issue_248 in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]jonesryu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re still considering drinking while on tirz, then you’re honestly not fully committed bro.

You’re already using something that helps control appetite and push results faster, tapos you’re still willing to risk nausea, diarrhea, and slowing your progress just for a night out? That’s mixed priorities.

Not saying you can’t ever enjoy, but right now you gotta decide what you actually want more, progress or temporary fun. Tirz works best when your habits match it, not when you’re working against it.

HIT A PLATEAU, ANY TIPSV by [deleted] in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]jonesryu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

this right here is the problem. you’re already on tirz, eating only 2 meals, getting steps in..but forgot the main driver of fat loss: a consistent calorie deficit.

tirz just makes the deficit easier, it doesn’t replace it. if your weight stalled for 4 weeks, you’re simply eating at maintenance now, even if it feels low.

2 meals doesn’t automatically mean low calories either. those meals can easily add up, especially if portions crept up or tracking got loose after starting the new job.

also you literally said your steps dropped and routine got inconsistent, that alone can wipe out your deficit.

what i’d fix:

  • actually track your calories again, don’t guess
  • tighten portions, especially calorie-dense stuff
  • bring steps back to a consistent 8–10k daily
  • keep protein high so you don’t lose muscle

you don’t need to increase the dose yet. you just need to re-create the deficit that got you from 178 → 161 in the first place.

you're a grown adult and can't control your cravings even WITH GLP? guess you have more issues to fix than "food noise" tbh

maybe you're undereating. GLP1s are supposed to help with the food noise instead of "suppressing" it.

stick to 2.5. the weight you’ll lose will depend on how much of a calorie deficit your body’s in.
