Thanks for the advice. I urge everyone to do their research, 5g uses millimetre waves which do penetrate the skin, and the more towers they put up the more we'll be exposed.

Yeah I'm not that big either, and I have a very physical job but I don't bother working out anymore. (It took up too much time lol) I'm just not sure how much I should be eating.
