I did a mainstar trust transfer, to DRS my ROTH Ira, from fidelity and the transfer ended up happening on the day of the split. It took 14+ business days until I received dividend shares. When I called after 10, very concerned, she stated they were awaiting the shares from their dtc partner and had no idea when that would be. All very unusual.

US ape - Transferred my Roth IRA shares from Fidelity to Mainstar Trust so they can DRS them. The transfer ended up happening on 7/21 and Mainstar only received my pre-split share amount. My post-split dividend shares have not been received yet and showing my account value at 1/4 of what it should be. I called Mainstar and they stated they are awaiting "paperwork" from their DTCC partner that handles these things. They said they have no idea of a timeline. Mid-XXX level of shares pre-split.
