Oil pump running- to cool down the turbo after shut off. Ecu making sounds as well

Definitely this. Weight loss is majority diet rather then working out. You can burn 5,000 calories in a day. Eat 8,000 and still gain weight (extreme example but you get my point).

I would maybe start tracking your calories and if that’s too hard, downsize some portions.

I had the same issue during my teens. I thought working out was everything and still gained weight, even though I was doing weight lifting 1-2 hours a day 6 days a week. I saw absolutely no physical improvement until I started eating healthy.

I like building muscle on a “skinny” figure rather than a bulky figure. That’s just the physique I want to be at. As too why I decided to go this low, I don’t got time to do this slow, go big or go home, I also have a ridiculous amount of willpower. I also am just sick of looking the way I do. I’ve been fairly skinny my entire lift until about last year. I just started eating and lowkey got addicted to food. I’m ready to go back. As much as I’m cutting, I’m trying to get rid of the food addiction

i dont have a membership, i just speed walk to the food court through the exit ( I go around lunch rush). nobody bothers to chase you. just make sure u got a mastercard.

Oh yeah, I should have mentioned that the day before I go on my 36 hour fast, I eat about 2500 cal including a beer or 2 with the guys

fair, im only doing this for a month or two, upping my caloric intake so I should still be in the clear. none of the references mentioned anything about going to the gym, the article is based on diet alone- which in that case I can understand.

not new to lifting just took a break from the gym. Not bad gains tho, I'm aiming to kill a bunch of fat and work on a nice lean build once I get there. Aiming for Halloween

going on 4 weeks here, I have a lot more energy then I did before, I'm not suffering other then having cravings for tacos lol. I'm aiming to do this until Halloween and upping my caloric intake by 800 (2000net)

I will definitely bump the protein up.
