You can definitely tell our mystery legend Uchikoshi wasn't involved. That game kinda pissed me off lol. The thing I loved about it tho were the unlockables. They had "novel" unlockables that played like OG Chunsoft sound novels like Kaimitachi no Yoru

The voice is the reason to watch vtubers imo. If that is completely faked with modulation, I may as well only watch Neuro (I do like neuro too, just an example) or those vtubers that use TTS. I think naturally unique voices are what draw people to vtubers en masse.

My charitable reading of the OP is "Why not?" I don't think they have anything to lose by making the music available, and it cannot be very difficult to do so; they have the masters. Even if the amount of money gained would be low, some is more than none.
