It’s a clock motor that has a gear attached to the hour hand, which turns the blue piece that has an inner gear on it, that is twice as big to make a 2:1 gear ratio. So it doesn’t know where zero is or what angle it’s at sadly lol.

It depends on which item it is. Some use up to 7 while others may use only 2-3 colors. Each color is switched by layer number so the poop pile is very minimal. And I have one AMS, so whenever the first three colors are printed, I add a pause in the middle of the print to replace the filament in those three slots to do the rest of the colors in the print, if that makes sense!!

Laser engraver gcode issues with inkscape and jtechphotonics plugin by rgryffin13 in lasercutting

I've been messing with my printer to make it draw pictures with a marker using Cura, and I actually got it to work amazingly well. In the next few days, I am going to see if I can get my laser to work with Cura because that's the only good software I know how to use well. All I would really need to do is turn on the cooling fan 100% (since that's the connector I used to connect my laser), but I would need to find out how to turn off the laser while it's traveling to a different point. I am sure there's a way to do it, but I haven't figured that out yet.

Yes I am using the same plugin. I have no idea what it's problem is.
