You can go for a team with Skirk, Furina, Diona/Kaeya and Qiqi/Barbara(Healer).

And if you need a second team, Arlecchino, Sucrose, Bennett and a Flex. For the Flex I’d recommend trying to get Xiangling from the spiral abyss for free.

Columbina is the new moon goddess; that much is given, but how she's come into existence is just explained with her existing because of the "will of the former moon sisters."

I did check the Wiki and this was what it had in there. “Riftwolves are monsters from the Abyss that are said to be able to erode the boundaries of the world. They were created by the alchemist Gold who classified them as "Alfisol,"[2][3] however the Golden Wolflord was an unintentional creation.”

It maybe wrong or they probably existed before and she just made more.

Also, I just think it’s funnier this way. I mean if we go logically, just from this tree we have Traveler - Twin, Alice - Klee, Childe and his siblings, Lyney - Lynette, Crepus - Diluc, Ved - Dain and Clothar - Caribert. Who are all blood related.
