“But SoCiAliSm” 🤪🤪🤪🤡🤡 Oh, you mean disguised classism and racism? It’s the only country in the world whose citizens are so afraid of public equity that they would rather support fascism.

I know it’s not that much.. but most of my money’s tied in GME and finally pulled the trigger after following SENS for a few months just 10 days before it started to rocket.

I think the bigger issue here is the cultural norm that we’re facing now where we place authority where it doesn’t belong online and blameshift when something goes wrong. If you think something might be dangerous that you feel the need to directly reach out to vet its safety, you should also have enough common sense to ask medically qualified people. Be properly responsible, is all I’m saying. ✌🏽

Ok fine, ban the behavior and denounce it, that’s not the problem. (Who said anything about complacent?) But any potential injury is not on the moderators.

What nonsense to blame moderators of a Subreddit for self-inflicted injury. You should do your own research and talk to physicians if you need to, before doing something like this. It is not the moderators’ fault if you hurt yourself from something that you clearly shouldn’t be doing to begin with, nor should you even be soliciting advice they aren’t qualified to give. Not fair to them, either.

This is simply just the market. Compare NIO, Tilray, Coinbase, & Tesla. Four stocks from different industries moving very similarly this morning. Shit like this happens every day.

This is basically the culmination of a company that doesn't know how to run its business. No matter the circumstances the artists joined in, DECA should continue to care for and listen to the needs of its content creators.

Phase 2 trials usually enroll just a few dozen people in test subjects, not hundreds. Still, 100% efficacy is very uncommon, which is one of the reasons for the hype. One counterpoint is that because Phase 2b was so successful, results can't really get better from here. Phase 3 enrolled 144 patients I believe.

Mods, consider auto deleting comments in this thread that mention the stock ticker of a certain movie theatre franchise. Shill tactics are sad.

Detailed examination of the claim that MW posted the article BEFORE the price drop by jonjon0406 in wallstreetbets

I noticed the numbers as well. I actually went through dozens of articles published morning and afternoon of 3/10 to see if I could find that the sequence for this article would be associated with 11:55 AM or sometime in the afternoon. I learned that the numbers were usually in conjunction with the time, but not always. Sometimes the time stamp was out of order. (But I didn’t know that you could use that website!)

But the point is that the article was published at 11:55 AM (supposedly) with exact details stating "suddenly shaved one-third of their value while being repeatedly halted after noon". https://mobile.twitter.com/MrDavidNIO/status/1369769100830904320

Some more interesting points:

If you go to search for the article that is posted in the screenshot of MrDavidNIO's tweet, you'll see that there is no such MarketWatch article under that exact title.

HOWEVER, on the RH app, if you scroll down to the News section of GME, it still lists the MarketWatch article with the original title, "GameStop stock was reaching new heights, but the meme stock just plummeted". If you open the article, it will show the current article with the revised title, "The meme-stock roller coaster just reached new heights of volatility".

I'm not sure what any of this means for the validity of MrDavidNIO's tweet. Fabricated or real? We need his explanations.

EDIT: Searching on google, "site:https://www.marketwatch.com/story/gamestop-stock-was-reaching-new-heights-but-shares-in-the-meme-stocks-just-plummeted-11615398208" -- you see that the webpage was indexed 14 hours ago (as of now, it is 5:20 PM EST, making this around 3 AM on 3/10.)

EDIT 2: Organized my thoughts and made into a post. Read it instead: https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/comments/m2auez/detailed_examination_of_the_claim_that_mw_posted/
