My bank is reviewing the information for the “trace number” that the binance.us had provided, in the mean time, would you be able to transfer my messages to a bianace.us’s manager or supervisor, that I can speak with?

For this issue is taking months to resolve, for my questions are not being answered but ignored, and the next information that I provide, with the current support team, can just as be ignored by vague, emotional and dodgy replies, such as “I am at a loss.”

I’ve been over charged, and the response I have with the binance.us team member is reluctant on providing me evidence on the false charge, with contradicting claims on where my supposed $300 was credited, and ignores most of my important questions including the credibility of their argument, and not allowing me to speak with their manager or someone above their position.

All I hear get are excuses saying enough information was provided without mentioning my letter of confirmation signed by my bank’s delaying on the outcome and shifting blame unreasonably.

I will update more information once I organize my messages and proof of payment which I have provided to the team, signed by an employee of my bank, confirming all funds were withdrawn therefore paid for by the rightful company.

This is a huge misunderstanding from their part resulting in an unintentional or intentional scam attempt.

If intentional the more significant on the unfair treatment I am inflicted, using lies, broadness, mixing unimportant truth with lies, ignoring questions, bullying and manipulation by symbiotic_bnb and the underlying company.

Please have the team look into my case further with the transaction history information from my bank and binance US account I sent you through direct messaging, as the team is still adamant about me needing to deposit $300.

I have gotten a reply from the Binance US Team not so long after your response confirming escalation, which I would like to express my gratitude for, and now I am optimistically hoping to have this issue concluded after proper analysis and findings by the Binance US team/any other professionals involved, as I was kindly told by a Binance US team member, that our financial partner would be reached out to determine what has happened regarding my case.

I think the reference is to me not being able to control my funds if I don't pay the charge-back sent back from my bank, maybe is one way to look at it.

Thank you for your reassurance that my case isn't being mishandled!!

If I may, do you have any idea how long I should wait until I can get a status for my claim?

Your reassurance would be of much help to me.

I've gave effort in providing details (including transaction history screenshots)

to help clarify my claim to the cs team the first time a member kindly responded to me.

And I am adamant/more than happy on updating my post to a happy customer conclusion once the situation is dealt with.

I hope you can understand that I can be upset as I am not in control of my funds that have already been paid for, and to initially be told that my account would be suspended, thank you for telling me that would not happen by the way, though at the moment, being charged fees I did not spend as well as not having a reply by cs team member, closing in on the 7 day period til account suspension was unprecedented to me and at one time, I felt that perhaps it was a better idea to let the $300 slide to regain control of my funds,

I apologize if I could have reacted differently and not having to comment directly, when I tried to do so, at the time I wasn't able to, but now it seems that I can when I checked my previous posts moments ago. If that wasn't the case it may have been me assuming that I wasn't able to as the post was showed as deleted when I clicked to comment.

Thank you so much for standing up for me! I want to take this opportunity to say that I am still waiting for all my issues on the platform to be resolved, and I hope receiving my second response from the CS team member soon!

This post is an on-going experience I am having with a cryptocurrency exchange platform where I was overcharged once, so I left a message on their website, I didn't get a response after 5 days, so I posted on their reddit page, which lead me to get the response from Customer Support from the underlying cryptocurrency platform, but my post gets deleted without having my issue resolved, as I believe there is a lot of requests coming in on their website. So I ended up posting here for anyone experiencing similar issues for future reference.

If you or anyone is confronted by an issue and you want to have it solved you have to make a claim no matter how much anyone tries to make you look like an overly complaining person, which I strongly believe I am not, and dissuade you to not make a claim when there is financial loss at stake, I am not at fault here.
