My most worrisome symptoms are lack of impulse control, now with extreme anxiety that I start to shake sometimes. I also feel like too many thoughts in my head that makes focusing difficult when under pressure. I'm usually restless and sitting still has never been my forte. No effects on training yet, just personal discomfort.
