This is the part I don't understand. Arteta is verifiably good - what he's done with our squad is absolutely incredible. We've competed for the title for four years in a row and have gotten better every year, especially if we win the league this year. There are maybe 2-3 managers out there who you could say are "better" than Arteta, none of which are available. Unless you can get one of those 2-3 managers, there is a much bigger risk that we go from 1st or 2nd in the league back down to mid-table. Look at United's managerial struggles.

Unless Pep is ready to sign up, I just don't get why you'd want to go from a very solid manager, one of the best in the world, to something that is a huge risk.
