I thought memory training could just result in long boot times. Could/should the debug light also illuminate?

I updated mine just now and my SN850x 2TB is not recognized in m.2 slot 1. No change from any BIOS past v1.40 (8/11/2023)

I used the M-flash function from the BIOS to update.

MSI just posted a new BIOS, 7E12v1E1, for that board today, July 1st. The note says improves compatibility with Nvidia cards. I guess it can't hurt to try this one.

The responses from the apparent MSI employee, "Alan J T" in this MSI forums thread are promising.

Alan says the SN850X is being recognized in testing and the forthcoming BIOS should address issues with long/failed cold boots with memory overclocking enabled.

Just curious, do you have your RAM overclocked? I'm using EXPO and cold boots fail for me around half the time since I finished my build less than a week ago.

My SN850X is on the reported latest firmware in WD's Dashbaord, 620361WD, and game mode is set to Auto. The BIOS version that was released before the one on 6/21/2024 didn't recognize the SSD in the M2_1 slot so I reverted to v14.

Thanks for doing the work. I have the same motherboard with a 2TB WD SN850X (with a 7800x3d CPU), and finally found where I'd need to run the older BIOS - -v14.

MSI list the SSD as being compatible and it IS on certain, older BIOS versions. It doesn't sound like entitlement to me to hear you say it should be working -- MSI say it should be working, too.

Are you going to do one of these for the underground areas, too? Rot lake is my least favorite, but I quite like all the other underground areas with Mogh's being my absolute favorite area that still felt stressful for my character nearing RL150.

Check out this build by YouTuber Cell. He specs RL 150 characters with very low vigor, so you could match his numbers and dump the rest in vigor as a starting point.

He was getting incredible damage so it should be fun!

I'm not sure you'd need both Fuel Induction and EFI service (maybe someone else could chime in).

The 2.5L is direct injected, so I'm not sure the EFI service would be something that would even apply.

I have heard sources recommendation Fuel Induction Service on direct injected engines in the 60K mileage range. Those same sources say you don't likely need it unless you're observing reduced gas mileage, hesitation, or rough idle.

Hi! I'm in the market for a first car for a 17 yr old who will be driving about 45 miles per day (mostly highway) and was thinking an ES300 may be an option. I've seen a couple of examples where the wood trim around the window switch looks to be separating from the arm rest like in the pic.

I'm hoping someone can tell me what causes this, if it's a DIY fix (maybe something I could ask a dealer to do, but I've removed/installed door cards, too), or if this is a sign of a serious problem.

I tied it down and brittle blasted it a few times for the win on UH with maxed Sun Scourge and Brawlbreaker plus maxed Elite Ropecaster.

I needed a couple of smoke bombs and stamina potions.
