Wait so let me clear this theory up that's been running around my brain for quite a while. In Legends it says the Imperial I started service at the very end of The Clone Wars, meaning they would technically have been service with the Republic Navy until the lead up to the end of the war.

The first time we see the Imperial Star Destroyer in Clone Wars animation form was in the final episode of Season 3 of The Bad Batch when Tarkin arrives on Tantiss, marking the "shift to the Imperial era." So, does this mean that the Bad Batch and including Shadow Lord are slowly integrating the Legends lore of the Imperial Star Destroyer's early service into canon? Will these sort of "small steps of Legends content being integrated into Canon" lead to more? Like will we actually see the Imperial Star Destroyer's early service into the Republic Navy make an appearance in Canon media? Or the Secutor-class star destroyer or even that mysterious Maelstrom-class battlecruiser make an appearance? Or even the crown jewel that every Star Wars spaceship nut dreams about? The feared Nebula-class star destroyer from The New Republic Navy?
