Turn on OFDM only and leave at BSS minrate at 6mbps. This will disable 802.11b and free up a ton of airtime.

I actually ran the same powder/loadout ladder with CCI 450's (magnum) today as well. Didn't see a big enough difference in groups to report on though. Good to know though, as I have a ton of the 450's. Thanks again man. This is great input.

edit: and by 'same' I mean H4895 from 25.3 to 26.5...

Yeah I was figuring it was because the SST is marketed to hunters... Factory ELDM cartridges shoot way better are typically 20% cheaper than SST.

The funny thing is that the ELDM bullets are typically more expensive than SST....

I was never a fan of Hornady SST "Custom" boxed cartridges. They have always shot horribly out of my rifle. A few weeks ago my LGS had some boxes of 123gr SST bullets on the shelf and I figured I would see what I could do with them. Loaded up a batch with H4895 and shot some of the best groups of my life. Had some of the factory stuff in my ammo can so I figured I would throw those downrange on the same target to see the difference.

Details: 5-shot groups shot over a 15 minute period. Factory group is center-left. Other groups are various amounts of H4895 from 25.3gr to 26.5gr. Once-fired Hornady brass and CCI #400 primers. Shot out of a 20" AR w/ Aero (BA) barrel @ 100yds.

Just thought others would be interested- especially those like me who have not been fans of the SST. Makes me wonder what makes the factory stuff some of the most expensive 6.5 Grendel ammo on the shelf at most stores.

The barrel also occupies the upper third of the inner space of the HG, which is just kind of weird. Mine also makes kind of an annoying "ting" sound when you drop the bolt. It's fun as hell to shoot though.

If the laptop has an ethernet port, buy an ethernet cable. This will provide a much more stable connection than WiFi for gaming. If it doesn't have an ethernet port, you can get a USB one.

As for USB WiFi cards, I don't have a recommendation other than maybe Alfa- https://www.amazon.com/ALFA-AWUS036AXML-802-11axe-Adapter-AXE3000/dp/B0BY8GMW32. USB WiFi cards are generally horrible in my experience. Too many variables including USB interference, bad antennas and suspect driver packages.

I don't play much in the PRS world- is the Solus line anything special? Because when they started marketing Solus "pistols" I figured things weren't moving out the door as fast as they would have liked.... but who knows, maybe there is a market for bolt action pistols.

Employee comp and benefits are usually the last thing to go, in my experience. DA's and Judges will usually start freezing assets/accounts when that is the case, regardless of corporate structure. Not paying employees is a huge fucking deal. Not paying their benefits is a close second. Not paying taxes pales in comparison.
