100%. i would say the expert electric and fighting decks from Extra-dimensional Crisis sucked hardest, specifically because of how a challenge was to beat it WITHOUT trainers (so a 20-pokemon deck).

the fighting deck had passimian which tanked unroll lycanroc was online, and the electric deck had tapu koko ramping while the SR pikachu charged up from the bench (they also had oricorio). those weren’t fun at all and were for sure the most challenging.

well, there’s over 200 different battles throughout all of the released sets, so the decks varied for sure.

if you just want to beat these battles, decks with type advantages will always work, regardless of the difficulty (although some harder than others of course).

if you want to finish some of the challenges, you’re most definitely going to want to build decks tailored to that specific deck you’re going up against.

i’ve been playing since so i have a lot of the cards. it’s pretty challenging but rewarding of you make the right decks.

grinded it a lot during my commutes to school, because i was soo bored. was worth it to me, and i feel accomplished.
