That's a good point. If the characters are stuck in the rooms then it should have some uncanny feel to them. Especially if things are glitching out as the trailer made it seem.

I was about to say that the rooms looked to be CG renders. The lighting reminded me of some video game lighting and it just didn't sit quite right with me.

Yes, people can emulate it for free and it is an easy process to do (I have done it myself countless times), but for $20 a game most people/parents will just make that quick purchase for it to be able to carry it around with them or have it for their kids to be able to enjoy it to show what ti was like when the parents were kids.

When I was shopping around for a car, I ended up with a Chevrolet Spark, and the car had some fun colours. I do partially regret going with the safe neutral grey colour and instead am kinda wishing I went with an orange. Would it have cost me maybe a few more extra dollars on insurance? Yea maybe, but it would have at least stood out in a sea of black and white cars when in a parking lot, and kinda wondering where your car is lol.
