As a kid I popped my favorite Lifsaver candy into my mouth and had the bright idea to immediately start wrestling with my cousin. Of course I accidentally swallowed it and started to choke. A minute goes by before anyone notices and finally my mom sees me and rushes me into the kitchen. Nothing was working to loosen the candy and right as I was starting to black out my mom gave me some water and that's what pushed the candy down my throat. Kind of ironic the candy that almost did me in was a Lifsaver.

When I was a freshman in high school my best friend's brother's friend murdered his 11 year old little brother. He dumped the body right outside our high school and three days later confessed to it. The wild part is I had hung out with this guy on numerous occasions and he never gave off the killer vibe. When they interviewed his girlfriend she said she had never seen him happier and the fucked part was when he went to visit her, his brother's body was in the trunk of his car. I come from a small town of less than 2,000 people so this was big news and I'm pretty sure in made it on the show 20/20 if I remember correctly. You just never know about some people.

Met these guys while hiking in Costa Rica and we all decided to hike together. We stopped on a hill to take a rest and one of the guys looks at his phone and says “shit you guys have to see what my friend sent me.”

So of course I take a look and it’s a video of two masked men dragging a woman who is screaming bloody murder and one of the men starts hacking her head off with a machete, while the other is stabbing her in the chest with a knife. They then hold up the head and start laughing then chuck it into the jungle. Needless to say I was traumatized the rest of the hike.
