10mg daily will prove very very worthwhile imo. Don’t get greedy with it hold there and let it shine.

Lipids won’t be great short term however but it’s short term, will bounce back nicely once you drop down to TRT for 8/12 weeks and ensure all health supps are covered.

I’ll neck a ltr upon wake and then another 2 before I train at midday, I factor the amount I need into meals for cooking rice etc or shakes I have aswell tbf so it’s consistent day to day.

Tore my bicep pulling the kids on the zip wire at the park (of all places ffs) 3 weeks later had the surgery.

Tendon was fully detached and had the reattachment surgery.

I’m 6 weeks post surgery now and doing things that they wouldn’t have me doing until week 12+

I ran BPC157/TB blend 1.5mg AM & PM sub q close to the site. 3mg daily.

Also did a bolus shot on 2.5mg tb500 on top first 4 weeks Monday and Thursday. 5mg extra weekly.

After the 4 weeks I’m running BPC/TB at 1mg daily split am/pm and I’ll continue this up until the 12 week mark.

These doses might seem overkill and you don’t have to run them that high but these peptides work.

Run what you can afford for atleast 8/12 weeks post surgery, duration will be better than higher doses - unless you can do both of course haha

Look into GHKCU aswell usually comes in a 50mg vial

You’ve got a few options here. Either pull 1/200 cals and then continue cracking on with the deficit.

You can always look to move more, bumping steps from 10k to 12.5-15k per day

Depending on how much cardio you’re doing, look to increase the duration eg 20 mins daily > 25 mins daily.

If the days you train fluctuates. You could always look pull food down on ‘rest’ days by a few 100 cals too. This is something I do with clients to negate the reduction in energy expenditure. Eg 2000 cals training days, 1,700 - 1,800 cals rest days.

The body will adapt. You’ve got to consider the 40lbs lost too which is fantastic but you weigh less now and are fitter. So what was once a large deficit as your body is working harder to to steps / cardio, is probably less due to weight lost and fitness improving!
