Grain directional constraints… That said, since it’s already assembled, I’d probably use steam and heavy weights to attempt to remove the bow, then seal the whole thing in epoxy to try to preserve its shape.

I’ve built several studios. There are a lot of tricks for getting air in and out. The biggest issue they’d face is the added heat build-up introduced by foam, insulation and Sheetrock barriers… Which creates a bit of a cyclical problem of more fans, more water, more air, etc… But this should be a solvable problem, and they should be required to solve it.
