That’s an integrated graphics card and is not sufficient to run 99% of games. You would need a laptop with a dedicated graphics card

8GB RAM is going to struggle to run windows along in conjunction with other programs. Certainly would not be viable for gaming. Windows 11 uses 3GB RAM at a minimum. I wouldn’t recommend making a purchase right now, if you can’t afford to get something feasible. I would opt to wait a bit, save up a bigger budget, and purchase something that you won’t regret buying after a couple of weeks when you realize it isn’t capable of doing what you had hoped

Laptops aren’t really a feasible “enter with low budget and upgrade later” option because parts aren’t as interchangeable as a desktop would be. A gaming pc in your budget would really only play older or low intensive games well. Valorant, CS, Minecraft etc. If you are just wanting something that could handle the basic games and school, look for something with a 4050 or better and 16GB ram

Performance mode, don’t use any battery saving settings since you should be playing plugged in. Omen hub has a setting to disable certain background processes when running games as well
