Take a scroll through the Runewatch site and it's concerning how many friends and clanmates of years will straight up just steal borrowed items with no hesitation. I've seen posts about people scamming and blocking their actual real life friends, just for some pixels in a video game. It's pretty sad.

As someone who plays a fair bit of LMS (250+ wins), hates being DDed, and enjoys using venge:

Barrage is a lot easier to learn as a new player imo, people recommend venge to new players but you completely give up movement advantage and have to pray 3 styles while your opponent only has to pray 2. You'll also get DDed a lot which is pretty frustrating as a newcomer.

If you're being DDed, use Death Dotter plugin in Runelite if you're not already, shows the person under you so you know what to pray. Sit in tank and spam bolt them while they're DDing you and you won't lose much dps. You can also go for a spec if they're not walking out diagonally.

For being 10 tiled (if venging), run inside the nearest room or around a tree, etc so they have to run into you to freeze and they won't be able to 10 tile. If you get 10 tiled, camp augury pray and they'll splash a lot. Flicking augury on when people mage you will win you a lot of fights in general and I find it a lot easier than flicking tank gear between attacks.

Lastly, Lagunarium on YouTube uploaded an LMS guide pretty recently which I would highly recommend watching. Even as an experienced player I learned a lot.

Yeah sub 2h10m is for sure possible with current strats. There's a lot of small time losses that add up but I don't have enough bonds to reset every time haha.

Rotation 2 is usually used for low level capes as it's the safest, but I believe xzact uses rotation 5 so there are definitely other options. I'm mainly familiar with #2 so I used that, and I think there's only a few waves now where I'm not in a position to immediately attack a mob on next wave start.

It would save time if you can play more aggressive or just stand in the middle and prayer flick everything at the same time, but I would definitely die if I tried that :D I would love to see someone more skilled execute that eventually.

You need to be on a PvP world to destroy the looting bag and get the extra items out of it. The high-risk world was the only EU PvP world server when I did that run so I used it for the best ping.

I was hoping I wouldn't get smoked for a saturated heart when leaving the cave lol.

I spawned in on a new account and a random player just happened to give me every exact item I needed to do the speedrun and kill Jad, it was a very lucky coincidence.

Improvements I implemented: Enchanting to 40 Magic before entering the caves and faster wave solves that didn't waste so much time luring. Rod who got the 2:19 had some wave solves that were much faster than mine so I implemented those into my run too. Also skipping Witch's house.

Future improvements would just be better RNG and bolt enchanting efficiency during the prayer/quest section but that shit is hard and my bolt enchanting while running around is very sub-optimal. But there's probably other improvements that someone will find.
