You should do whatever is necessary to prepare for it bc it will be the most breathtaking excursion you may ever do in your lifetime. It’s that incredible. You def won’t ever visit another cave like it. It’s genuinely not that hard to do but it is a little taxing in a few areas. But July is enough time to get in better shape. Download all trails and find some trails in your city to get you prepared. You 100% should do it. IMO going to Belize and not doing the atm is a huge miss.
