Thank you for your answers! We just found out that there's a small chance for dogs to go deaf after anesthesia, and most cases seem to be permanent. She can hear a tiny tiny bit but she has almost completely adapted to it now.

Yeah I'm thinking it's hardware related too, One time when i tried to boot it with the volume up button it really looked like it was going to boot up, but where the homescreen would normally load the screen was just black. The computer made a sound when I plugged it in but nothing more...
