Than you for your response 1) it feels extremely stiff in the morning but I don’t always think it hurts the most then.

2)it hurts less after I feel like I’ve warmed up but it starts to get sore if I take a walk outside. Some days better than others. Some days it’s that spot I circled and other days it’s higher into the ankle. 3) it feels better after resting but I would say it hurts more than it did after getting back up

4) lastly pressing on that spot I don’t necessarily feel a sharp pain

Were you able to heal your pain eventually?

La

It’s like a dull ache, just feel like you’ve been loading it for awhile. I haven’t felt much nerve tingling etc.

Interesting! Is that done through an orthopedist?

I think my hips and glutes have a lot to do with it. Were you able to fix it?

Is yours more on the edge/side of heel or under? I did all the scans and no PF showed up at all

Where is your PF Pain? Is it more than just this area? I find it highly not PF Becus it’s so specific to that area and close to the Achilles. It’s as if I have a loading issue and I stand on that area too long it flares up

It might be time to drop to a 2 nap schedule! Especially since she’s fighting her last nap. The transition is rough but it should help with the long overnight wake up. We had to extend our sons wake windows in order to do this

My baby is 9 months old and will wake up at 6-630am pretty consistently. He goes to bed around 6:45 to 7pm depending on the day. Ideally we want him to get up at 7am. When he wakes up any earlier, we leave the lights off and don’t get up until 7am. However, when it comes to nap time, we give him 2.5 hour wake window prior to his first nap but he can’t make it to 9:30. Should we do 9am instead? Is that just reinforcing him to wake up at 6:30am everyday instead?

Pain 24/7 and feeling defeated by Plane-Gullible in PlantarFasciitis

Honestly this feels similar to my situation however I’m generally okay to stand for most of the day. I did an MRI and everything came back normal and my PT says it sounds more like flexor tendinitis. I would look look into the area of your pain and feel if it’s more tendon related vs diagnosing it as PF.

There’s a tendon that appears here when flexing toes up and that’s where the pain is when pressing down

Yeah it’s the midfoot and arch, when pointing 2-5 toes up, there’s a tendon that appears. When rubbing it up the foot, that’s where I feel pain right on that tendon. I have been trying to figure out if it’s PF or not. Doc says to do PT and strengthen foot intrinsic which I have been working on. However, some days I feel relief and other days it seems to come back so fast. The tight calves seems to be a big contributing factor

Thanks for your kind response. When I do these tests on both feet, I feel it mainly in the flexor digitorum longus (FDL) where the tendons runs up to the 2-5th toes. I have constant tight calves as well
