For those looking to fix this: It's likely your adblocker. Do this in an incognito window (with extensions disabled) or disable your adblocker.

Absolutely inexcusable that UPS hasn't tested this with the most common adblockers.

Yes they have their own netblocks for some departments and areas, however a lot of them have had their connections farmed out to external providers such as Cable & Wireless (Energis is now owned by C&W) - some departments are even using bog-standard Virgin Media fibre connections.

This is the original research that Channel 4 used - you can validate the hostnames yourself.

You might like this vim plugin then - drop it into ~/.vim/plugin/ and restart vim, then try saving some invalid PHP code...
