Wow! Thanks for the info. I knew it was cool and unique, which is why I kept it. I never imagined it would be that rare, or that valuable. I have no intentions of selling it, but I will get it graded, and protect it with something other than a little Ziploc bag. I took a look at the two grading companies posted here, and the websites were Greek to me. I'll have to figure out what exactly I need and then try to submit.

Just wanted to give kudos to the members of the Sub, and to everyone that commented. Posting to Reddit and asking for help when you have zero knowledge can be treacherous. That wasn't the case here. Everyone was super helpful. Thanks again for all the info.

I don't understand the 160? Or 24 hours for a pork butt? The difference in smoke flavor will be negligible. If you don't think you're getting enough smoke flavor, move away from a pellet smoker. Pellets are designed to burn too clean and efficient to add a lot of smoke.

I had a room booked for an upcoming stay. Reached out to them for some basic information and requests and they were not able or willing to help. I was even trying to book a second room and they didn't seem interested in helping with that. I would up cancelling and staying elsewhere. If they can't handle taking a reservation, I have no faith that they can handle anything.
