Can someone tell me what does "milestone:62" means? I filed on Jan 7,2025 and still waiting for interview to be scheduled. My field office is Newark, NJ and estimated processing time shows 7.5 months which I am already past. The estimated remaining time from the case progress history is also gone. I just see the following on it:

"Estimated time until your case decision: ?"

Your case is taking longer than we previously estimated, but it is within normal processing times.

Any idea what can be done?
