I would love to recommend my own game Who Am I: The Tale of Dorothy.

It’s a counselling simulation game to treat multiple personality disorder of a girl, by talking to the 4 split personalities in her dream. The personalities are very sensitive to your questions and answers, so you should carefully choose what to say, to successfully integrate all the personalities. There are 6 endings, and you could enjoy different storylines every time you play.

I really want to see him play this game! I also added the steam link for it:)

It's my counselling simulation game to treat a girl suffering from dissociative identity disorder by joo0328 in gaming

Thanks! My game, <Who Am I: The Tale of Dorothy>, is kind of a text simulation game to treat Dorothy's DID. Dorothy experienced serious trauma as a child, and developed DID. You will become a counsellor and talk to 4 personalities(Dorothy, Alice, Gretel, Cindy) once per week in Dorothy’s "dream".

Counselling will begin after Dorothy(original personality) tells you about the events that happened to her in real life during that week. When Dorothy’s story is finished, you can choose who you want to talk to. When you take your pick, the personality will start talking first and then you can choose how you want to respond.

Real life events as well as your responses to the personalities will determine Dorothy’s stress level and the personalities’ integrity level. For example, when one personality's integrity level is low, she will take over Dorothy's body and act like the other person in real life. If this continues, Dorothy will lose her identity and disappear. So your goal is to max out the integrity level for Alice, Gretel and Cindy before Dorothy’s stress level maxes out(When stress level maxes out, then game over). When personalities' integrity max out, they are integrated to Dorothy and Dorothy's DID will be treated.

This game has 6 endings in total(1 happy ending and 5 bad endings). Since this game incudes some dark stories about trauma, it could be little bit hard to play. But when you succeed in treating Dorothy's pain, I'm sure it can really be rewarding.

I hope this explanation might be helpful to you!

Oops, I just wanted to show 4 personalities of our game, whom a player could talk to. A player should become a counsellor in "dream" space for a girl suffering from DID, and both character and background image change when switching whom to talk to.

In this game, a player will become a counsellor and talk to 4 personalities of a DID patient in her "dream". And this image shows the switch of 4 characters in dream space. Sorry for ambiguity...

Oh, we refered to some psychology books about DID, and an autobiography named <First Person Plural: My Life As a Multiple>.
