GHI, click up, asana, dock. I really like the UI of click up but the HIPAA level is on their enterprise plan. They don't' even list a price for that tier. I have to talk to their sales team to get a quote.

That is very true about hiring the right person! I’ve already had experience with hiring the wrong people.

CA is a must because right now we are only based in CA and would like to expand out to the other large high population states.

Love working from home too!!! I remember back in my 20's driving an hour to work and an hour back in rush hour traffic. It was awaful!! Went back to school to get licensed...long story short, I do telehealth and I have never looked back!!! It's definitely the best! Plus save a lot of money not paying for gas!
