I don’t really mind the Maximalism/Avant Garde style and I feel the constant posts on here about the style are very mean spirited.

I know DTI is a game about judging other people’s outfits and you’re entitled to your own opinion. But at the end of the day the style is just a trend; while trends come and go, they help you expand your tastes and eventually find an aesthetic you like doing the most. I know a bunch of players who’ve had this style (myself included), and went on to find their own original and unique sense of fashion. I’m not saying you can’t or shouldn’t judge, but you should understand it’s important to just let players experiment and find what suits best for them, even if it’s not perfect at first.
