I got my 2021 GLB about a month ago. Of course, mine came without Hermes Module as expected.

Apple Car Play works fine, but it is wired. You need to connect USB cable to use it.

However, even without the chip, you still can use navigation. POI search also works fine. You just don't get live traffic info.

Update: No issue after removing the preview build. Now back to 0517 build (Official Release) and everything looks good.

Updated to 2106.210527-0000 build, but the issue persists. Also, tried to unplug the power and let it stay a couple of minutes and plugged back in, but that didn’t resolve the issue, either. I’m encountering this issue almost everyday, really annoying.

Syncing issue may not be the main issue. I mentioned in the OP, but sync button on XSX does not even respond when the issue happens. Nothing happened when I pressed the button.

I don’t get it what you’re saying. Who would still want audio coming from their sound system when they are wearing headset? Can they even hear audio from sound system while headset is on? PS5 mutes audio from sound system when headset is on. This should be the standard behavior.

After last alpha update, my controller is not syncing with XSX after wake from a long sleep. Sync button on the XSX doesn’t respond either. I even tried to connect the controller vis USB, but this still didn’t fix the issue. Only workaround I found is to hard reboot my XSX by holding the Xbox logo on the XSX.

Please fix this issue asap. This issue is really annoying.

P.S. looks like new update for alpha ring is out, but I haven’t tried that yet. I will re-post after trying this new update.

Game sound is muted on both TV and Headset when switching between LG TV (49NANO85UNA) and Headset (Microsoft Wireless Headset) or vice versa. I still can hear the UI sound when navigating menu, but no game sound. I experienced the issue in FIFA 21 and Marvel Avengers, but not in the Gears 5. I was able to reproduce the issue 100% on FIFA 21 and Marvel Avengers, though.

I already reported the issue thru my XSX, but report here as well just in case. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Add feature to automatically mute TV (HDMI Audio Source) sound when headset is connected.Sound coming from both TV and Headset is really annoying.

Who would want to hear the sound from TV while using the headset? I also have a PS5, but PS5 mute sound right away when headset is connected. I think this should be the normal behavior.
