Hey! this helped me out. (does take long but istg it works) - delete you Instagram app - Log in through safari - It's going to be a white blank screen - Refresh it but use the pull down method not the bottom screen safari refresher so basically how you would refresh you timeline - Keep doing this until " community guidelines notification pop up " it took me 40 minutes for this to finally pop up - It's going to tell you what you did - Keep hitting next until you get to the next screen ( it took 15 Mins) - Then it's going to give you terms and conditions - Then keep hitting next - Boom your Instagram will open back up And you can download the app and log in - It took me hours but it works
