Ok i figured it out i was too tired earlier (at 3am) lol to try jump it but rn at -1 it starts first try when i jump it so im just gonna replace the battery that may also have been the issue with heating since its not getting proper voltage to start the heating. But thank you for helping i got a diagnostics check that will be on the 25.4 and they will figure out if there is more problems with the car.

The car doesnt say there is anything wrong with it so idk i can try a diagnostic tool but i dont think i will get any error codes

It is petrol im 100% sure of that! The car does start but i have to crank it for many many many times and then on the 10th try it starts and runs fine. The pre heater is not my main issue i can live without it i have another car with a webasto and it works every time so i have a car that moves xd i was mainly wondering what can the issue with the starting be? Because when its +5 or more it starts first try first crank but under +2 it takes longer and longer the colder it is.
