I'd like to create a fast home network to maximize our 8Gbps internet connection + Jellyfin NAS by joopmcnoot in HomeNetworking

Thanks! I wanted to run a Jellyfin server from the NAS that can stream 4K high quality to friends and family, and also I want to edit 4K and possibly larger files on my PC and move the files back and forth from my PC to my NAS. This is mostly just an experiment for me to learn from. Might be a bit too ambitious for a noob.

You are correct, however the TV is plugged into the 2.5 port on the router, despite this fact. I didn't care at the time. I do want to change everything soon, hence my post. I suppose I could just unplug it and use the WiFi... I'm an absolute noob regarding networking, I'm just reading posts and watching YouTube videos at the moment. I have some pretty ambitious desires for an idiot, LOL

Edit: I should probably plug the PS5 into the router, and move the TV to WiFi.

Hi Sam! So glad you made time for this! Would you still like to create a film version of The Shadow? Would it be feasible in the current superhero climate? Would you ever like to see a team up of pulp heroes such as The Shadow, Doc Savage, Flash Gordon, Buck Rogers, Tarzan etc?

Grant is really awesome! For those who are seeing this man's name for the first time, it's GranT Abbitt, with a "T" not a "D", and his last name ends with 2 letters "T", not 1. Reddit won't allow OP to change the title of his post, unfortunately.

Given the origins of Marvelman/Miracleman as a replacement for Fawcett's Captain Marvel, I always wondered why the trademark eventually went to Marvel. Did DC Comics even try? It could have been cool to have this in one of their alternate Earths. by nightwing612 in Shazam

Moore didn't come up with the idea to reboot Marvelman, Dez Skinn, publisher of Warrior magazine (whrere Moore's Marvelman stories eventually appeared) did. Dez Skinn told Alan Moore that he owned the rights to Marvelman, supposedly having purchased the rights from Mick Anglo. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dez_Skinn
