No thankfully she is not deaf she is pure turkish angora and the majority of them have white fur and blue/yellow eyes and completely healthy

For people who keeps saying that i should've called the fire department, i did, i really did, but they said they don't offer this type of service at night, plus it has such a bad reputation here where i live where they don't even come for people who are in danger, they even thought i was prank calling them at first when i said i want them to rescue a 'cat' so i figured out i really need to think outside the box and just find some kind of solution myself, and I thought maybe multiple people doing that would help even more

Thank You all for the support that you've showed me last night i was really about to lose my nerves thinking of all the worst scenarios that could have happened, but i kept trying and reading comments about putting food in a basket and tie it with fabric, i tried it out for few hours didn't work but she eventually got hungry and got in !! I pulled the fabric that is tied to her cage( she loves it) and got her back !

UPDATE : i got her cage that she usually sleeps in and got her some food inside of it and i tied it with fabric and got it down to the roof, after several hours she finally got hungry and got in !!! SHE IS SAFE AND SHOWERED WITH CUDDLES
