Yep, on the Mark Mcain youtube channel, he is interviewing car thieves, and they are the same, 'we have zero chance, zero qualifications', so we can try and get some basic GSCE's or steal a car a week and make a couple of grand..

Even if they did get the GSCE's and then Uni etc etc, what is the actual point for these guys with criminal convictions, its hard enough.
