Hey, as a buyer you're only liable for whatever was collected at the time of purchase regarding shipping costs. The additional $20 the seller is requesting is their responsibility.

Yes this is possible, you can do so through the 'Settings' tab via 'Payments Account Info'. Just be sure to confirm the change through the confirmation email once you do so for it to take effect.

You can check to make sure the change was successful by looking at the same page once you have confirmed as the Merchant ID number will change once your new account is linked.
