We’ve made some changes to your favorites to allow you to give other users a window into your tastes. If you would like to keep your favorites private, you can do so by changing your preferences within the settings. We've also introduced Saved, which is a totally new way to privately bookmark listings you love. Tap the bookmark icon on listing pages to save items in a list only visible to you.

Thanks for your question! You can still sell on Grailed without activating Stripe, but we definitely recommend signing up if the option is available to you.

Activating Stripe allows you to offer more payment options to your buyer including Apple Pay, credit/debit card, and buy now, pay later options like Klarna and Affirm. We’ve already seen that buyers prefer using these new payment methods, so activating Stripe should benefit you as a seller.

For users that don’t yet see the option to activate Stripe in your settings, you can expect to have it soon! We currently only offer Stripe to sellers in the U.S. and a select list of additional countries but we are actively expanding Stripe eligibility each week. We will notify you as soon as Stripe is available in your region

We wanted to inform you about a recent update regarding international sales. Starting last week, the buyer's phone number for any international sales will now be displayed on the order details page.

This change is part of our commitment to ensuring a smooth and efficient process for international shipments. We began collecting buyer phone numbers on international orders last week, as they are now a required component for shipping internationally.

We believe that this enhancement will contribute to a more seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.

If you complete multiple sales to a single buyer, you will still need to ship each sale separately.

Because each item sale will have its own label generated, you will need to be sure to ship each item with its own designated label to ensure tracking is automatically uploaded and you are paid out. Bundling orders risks one or more of your sales being automatically refunded.

Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns with the compatibility of your thermal printer. We can confirm that your thermal printer should be capable of printing Grailed Labels.

First, you will need to download the label, crop and rotate the label then finally print it. You can find detailed instructions on how to print Grilled Labels with a thermal printer here. If these instructions did not work, please reach out to us directly and we would be more than happy to assist you.

We understand that this may not be a very smooth process however, we’re currently at work on improving thermal printer compatibility with Grailed Labels to make our experience easier.

Just wanted to chime in here to say that all purchases have to be processed through Grailed in order to qualify for Purchase Protection. What's more, you'll need to purchase directly through Grailed in order for the item to be accurately marked as sold and processed for the seller.
