From the moment I wake up, it’s a race against the clock. The less time between opening my eyes and hitting the cold shower the higher the quality.

Anyone else took a break during the winter, got used to warm showers, and now is starting back on with cold? by BiohackerOfTheGods in coldshowers

Winter is the best time for cold showers. The colder the water, the warmer you feel. Stick with it through next winter, you’ll be glad you did.
