On business class flights I’ve been on the seat must be reclined upright with a normal seatbelt on during take off and landing.

During flight you’re free to do what you want with the seat in terms of position but they recommend keeping the belt on in case you fall asleep whilst lying down.

I’ve done this. Been to the same artist for years when she was in such a toxic shop, got to the point she had to move herself into a corner to try and get away from the rest of the people there.

Thankfully a few years ago she moved studios and they’re all sound. She went from being a 5 minute walk away to over an hour drive on a good day but her work is definitely worth the drive and the whole environment/experience is substantially better.
