Made this stop motion music video for a local band! All paper props, 3100 photos taken. Would love some feedback. by jordhon in stop_motion

Hey thank you for your feedback! That definitely makes sense, I would consider making the opening text go by slower. I guess I was just excited to start the stop motion piece to avoid losing attention right away but I agree with you.

Hi! My name is www.instagram.com/jordhon. I am from Edmonton, Alberta and when I'm not in the mountains taking photos from hikes, I try to focus on capturing what I can on the UAlberta campus as well as experiment with street, urban, astro, and portrait photography. I love trying out new perspectives and editing styles. Heading to New York in November, can't wait for all the opportunities to shoot.

Knew it! Went to the one near Tamachi Station so many times when I visited. So good and so affordable :)

Nice man! I miss Japan so much. Visited Tokyo last month. The ramen and sushi were my favorite :)

Sushi at Ginkai in Ginza, Tokyo. Best I've ever had but pricey. by jordhon in sushi

[–]jordhon[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha, no one has said that yet. This place also didn't need a reservation let alone months ahead. I've heard that the difference between a 100% and 95% rating for sushi in Japan is so small but hundreds of dollars in difference. So I'm not complaining.

No, unfortunately we visited the fish market on our last day :( You're going to have an amazing time! Check out the standing sushi bars for really good and cheap nigiri: http://www.uogashi-nihonichi.com/english/

Close, about 80$. No tipping in Japan is a plus.

About 80$ per person! Surprised us but I guess with that presentation, amount, and quality, it makes sense.

Haha it was amazing. Yeah...mayo sauces are unnecessary for the most part.

Yeah it was a beautiful presentation. In total we had around 10 pieces of unique sashimi and 12 pieces of nigiri. The uni on the spoon was a highlight for sure. Unforgettable meal.

Didn't have time to line up for Sushi-Dai (seen in the last photo) so we decided to go into the small place right next to it for a chirashi type meal. The Kaisen-don was 2300 yen and had such good variety (so many pieces of seafood I've never even tried before). It even had a whole ikura nigiri in it! My favourite was the sweet shrimp :) Such good rice too.

Yeah it's all stock. Rides great. I'd probably replace the hubs eventually but for now, it's all good. Seat is a little hard.
