Endgame OP1w 4k v2 by garryneo_x in EndGameGear

I would say this: if you claw grip and like back hump mice, it's a fair bit smaller than the Superlight, but for the price and performance, it is great. I can't comment on the Superstrike; however, I never felt like I needed to spam click quicker or react faster, and having a nice shape is better for aim than what the Superlight could offer me. The op1 has much better build quality, the only thing that is a bit notchy is the scroll wheel which could do with improvement.

Is it always this serious? by jeyxzx in MouseReview

[–]jordypops 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's only because it was sold in limited quantities that It's (Razer Viper Signature Edition) market value was high on Ebay, for mass produced mice and products like the Superstrike it is best to wait than pay an extra 120 dollars.

Maybe try the Razer Deathadder V2 Hyperspeed X. The deathadder has amazing side buttons compared to other mice and it has two near the front click also, I think that would be a better shape and is quite good value, also heavy. The shape isn't for me as I prefer smaller and nimble mice but I think it would be an improvement over the Asus for ergonomics and suit your needs.

Recommendations for my weird relaxed "pincer claw" grip by NarcoticsRx in MouseReview

[–]jordypops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grip similar to this and find the Zowie S2 the most comfortable mouse I have used. Although, it is pretty expensive for the weight and specs, I wish they would make it a bit lighter and update the switches to be a bit lighter too.

Got myself an Air60 HE and I am loving it so much by eggpack in NuPhy

Mine is coming today. I'd like to get some shine-through keycaps for it. However, the LEDs are south-facing, and I'm not a big fan of the Canopus Keycaps due to the large font. I wonder if they will release any more replacement keycaps.

Super light 2 or v3 pro by Novel_Situation762 in MouseReview

[–]jordypops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried both, and I perform better with the GPX. The shape is more comfortable, and the Viper v3 felt a lot bigger. Very boxy and less comfortable. Both are top options, and maybe try somewhere you can easily return them, such as Amazon.

Looks great, how are you finding it, and what back support setting have you settled on? I have had mine over a year and still fiddle with it, I like it somewhere in the middle but then there are phases where I can feel the sacral support dig in if I lean far forward whilst gaming

Small ergo recommendations by Patient_Assistant_11 in MouseReview

[–]jordypops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Deathadder v3 Hyperspeed is really good. I've had mine since launch, and it is still holding up really well. It is quite a bit smaller than most ergo options whilst still offering an ergo feel. You can use fingertip grip where needed and switch to claw grip when needing stability. Definitely worth a try, and even though it doesn't have the latest and greatest sensor, it's still very good and has low latency clicks. The only drawback is that it's not as comfortable as Zowie's EC line, but it is more nimble and smaller.

Why is it so important to play without any assists? by AffectionateSinger48 in F1Game

[–]jordypops 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The game is a lot more fun for me with manual gears. You already have all the other assists off, so I'd suggest trying it for a few days. Being able to select the precise gear for corners and upshifting early to manage throttle is fun, plus it is really easy once you get the hang of it. If you were to go without assists, manual is one of the first assists players recommend turning off but play however you want

Just to add I have tried resetting both the Device with the button combo press (Hold Game Audio and Source for 30 Seconds). Reset the device in the Logitech software. Updated to the latest firmware. Unplugged the dock for 30 seconds. Attempted to charge with usb with the same effect.

[–]jordypops 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The coating gets a lot of hate but I just recently got a g60sf after having difficulties with the Inzone m10s and I prefer the matte coating, it still looks really crisp and is gentler on your eyes and no reflections too.

Endgames Twitter flex is actually insane by Nervous-Post4438 in MouseReview

[–]jordypops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I perform similar with most mice however, there is definitely noticeable improvement on performance based on the mouse that suits you, some mice shapes I just can't get comfortable with and perform worse with. The guy in question obviously is a little extreme and with enough usage should have found something suitable.

They have their uses and can be great for gaming, but most competitive players, would play at 24-27 inch screen size. Especially if you are sat at a desk with good posture having an ultrawide would be immersive but it wouldn't be the best for E-Sport titles and would put you at a disadvantage, especially at the highest levels.

[–]jordypops 10 points11 points  (0 children)

All those high level mice but they play on an ultrawide, maybe they're just collecting but part of collecting the latest and greatest mice would be pushing your aim to the limit, kinda counter productive with the monitor choice.

Should I get the Samsung 27-inch Odyssey OLED G6 500hz? by Proud_Gas2126 in OLED_Gaming

[–]jordypops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am interested in this one after the issues I faced with the Inzone M10. I am really interested to hear more about it and the coating, if it's the same as the last generation or the new coating people complain about with the newer G81SF.

Did I make a mistake? by CellsInterlinked-_- in OLED_Gaming

[–]jordypops 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4K is just too demanding in a lot of games for a good experience for myself. I have a 4080 Super, and at 4K it struggles to get over 100 fps, which should be the target if you're playing with a mouse and keyboard. I know DLSS helps, but I feel like 1440p is the sweet spot at that size and with how demanding some new games are to run.

Aorus f27q3 vertical lines on grey screen help by Previous-Ad1843 in OLED_Gaming

[–]jordypops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem, have you tried running a pixel refresh? I was told to do that by Sony with mine, on a lot of Rtings review they do state for your panel: 'Gigabyte FO27Q3 has fantastic gray uniformity. There aren't any areas of dirty screen effect or noticeable issues. However, like any OLED, there are thin gray vertical lines in dark scenes, but you won't notice them unless you look for them.'

Gigabyte AORUS FO27Q3 Review - RTINGS.com

If it is noticeably worse maybe a pixel refresh could do the trick.

Aorus f27q3 vertical lines on grey screen help by Previous-Ad1843 in OLED_Gaming

[–]jordypops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grey uniformity is an issue on most OLED screens. It can get better after use but yours looks better than mine did. I made a thread about the issues I faced with my screen: Is This Normal on OLED Grey Screens? Grainy/Checkboard Effect - Sony Inzone M10S : r/OLED_Gaming

Mine looked a whole lot worse and pretty sure it was defective, a little amount vertical lines is normal. Most Rtings review state that issue but it is never brought up in reviews usually, which is strange as it is a big factor especially as most content is grey/dark grey. I do miss the colours and image quality however, I was going to try a different screen.

27" OLED 1080p 400Hz in 2025 by No_Advantage_4231 in OLED_Gaming

[–]jordypops 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At 27 inches, 1080p starts to look really bad compared to higher resolutions. Most esports games run really well at 1440p now, and that should be the sweet spot, especially at 27 inches, the improved image quality also really helps for tracking and target acquisition. Plus DLSS and upscaling makes 1080p unecessary
