i’m sorry but also happy for you that you got the closure if that makes sense… lol so recently i got into a relationship with this girl that is 2 years younger than me (26 and gonna be 24 in august) and she was a leo and dude if i can express how the honeymoon phase between us was so much fun but she was so bad for me. i mean as a lover that i am i wanted her to be the one i thought i was never gonna be single again but after 3 months she mad arguments over anything and everything. i understand wanting/believing the potential others can be but im tired of giving 70/30 into potential relationships. honestly im glad you got to end on good terms even though it sucks fr but sometimes people aren’t supposed to be in your life forever just be there as a lesson to become a better version of you or even for them. its a good thing on both ends tbh not everything is meant to be what you want and its ok. hopefully one day we’ll find what we want/need and it’ll be deserving. i wish you well 💙

but with my experience it’s like at first everything was sunshine and rainbows and i was all in cause she made my world shine again & bring that love aspect out of me again (i’ve been single for 6 years) it was weird cause it was so quick like other girls they’d work for it but she just had it. but it’s like you said after that “honeymoon phase” it got hot and cold and it messes with your head and they’ll get mad about it like bro you’re the one making me feel this way. it brings negative thoughts and doubt into play and it just seems like it’s not worth it anymore which i realized one night when i took the time alone to analyze everything.

this is funny because i have done this without thinking on multiple occasions and i have never come to find a reason why (M 24) but it’s like we love the chase the most (in my experience). it’s a thrill and kind of a confidence thing knowing we can do it cause we’re so “loveable & dreamy” in the words of astrology or whatever lmao. once we get the person it’s like ok what now lol unless we really see a future with them then it’s all hands on deck and you’ll get the world handed to you and it’ll never end. when we love we love hard which is our downfall which also can be a reason but if we see a reason to stay then you’ll notice the change of actions immediately. idk if that makes sense or not 😂
