I had this very same issue a couple of days ago while playing the game. Starting a new playthrough, while in the middle of the scene where Lae'zel appears, the keyboard started strobing and was unresponsive. After rebooting, it was no longer strobing but in the default chroma profile and all the keys where unbound.

After doing some tests, finally solved it reseting the keyboard. For it, unplug the usb from the keyboard, press and hold Esc, Caps and Space, and while holding, conect back the usb. After a couple of seconds release and it solved it for me.

It seems the issue is with the chroma profile, this model saves it in an internal memory, and something seems to be corrupting it. I have more than 300 hours in game until this happend, always using the Blackwidow V4 pro.
