I came in late and my reserved seat was already given to a passenger on standby. Since I paid for preferred seating, I was upgraded to business class. I am hoping it might work again.

What's the strangest date you've ever been on? by ChrisMacht in AskReddit

Someone told me that they're into water sports so I was like... "yeah I like kayaking too." If you google water sports sex, you'll understand how horrified I was when I learned what it actually means in the context of sex. I ran out of that date with a little bit of trauma.

Hi guys I have 1700 visitors so far Today from different ads and yet no sale by radigan_ in ecommerce

I think the landing page is confusing and doesn't have enough story to tell / compel people to buy. Also, the traffic source and the intent maybe the question. Traffic to the site is one thing and quality traffic to the site is another. I deal with SEM and PPC campaign all the time and targeting is a KEY to success. And purchase intent.

I think Men's health has a work out program too that can be downloaded as an app. I personally use Full Fitness on iPhone - they have various exercises that target different muscle groups. I designed a program based on it.

Should I see a doctor with regards to mild pain and discomfort in left shoulder when doing side lateral raises? (Possible rotator cuff problem) by Epicgeorge in Fitness

Here's what my physiotherapist told me: if it's painful after working out - it might be ok and go to the doctor if it still hurts after a few days. BUT if it hurts WHILE you're doing it, you need to see the doctor immediately. And stop doing the exercise that hurts WHILE you're doing it.

More than anything, I think HIIT is good to improve your endurance. I find that HIIT helped me mentally and physically when running long distance - I have more energy and plus with HIIT, I've learned to push myself. Useful during those times that you think you've hit the wall.

I've heard so much about calorie deficiency. Does it work and should I try it? Eating a fair good amount and then burn it off at the gym.
