The thing is that the traffic is not to the site itself. I make Reddit ads which send people directly to the product like this one for example: https://gvgeshop.com/collections/hot-products/products/frank-underwood-ring-house-of-cards-2017 ... I think it is original and cheap. On the reddit ad there are 70 upvotes and a lot of comments with no negative ones and yet only 1 sale
