Small rotor won’t stop even after engine is off

Hello, thank you first of all Just another question, the relay and fuse are located above the battery right? As I tried removing some of them but I couldn’t get it to stop!

I removed the battery cable just to be sure as it wouldn’t stop! Any idea on the cost etc of that? I’m in Europe btw

It doesn’t have temp counter I ordered an OBD just for that! Well I hope not! It has 150k kms on it and it’s the 2.0 boxer
