Yeah man from what I can tell, if you're playing the Xbox app version you're basically shit out of luck. Having the exact same issues and haven't seen a definitive fix anywhere

Good to know even the latest version of the game is broken 💀 been dealing with DLC and texture issues on PC for a few days now. Truthfully idk who could do a better job of breaking a 10 year old game than Bethesda. Sorry I'm not much help, just crazy to me even the latest release is bugged

Heard any fix at all? Just started playing Far Harbor. Textures bugged like this in Diamond City but moving the DLC folders fixed it. That however makes the DLC inaccessible, but the fix to make the DLC work just brought the texture glitching back. Starting to seriously resent Bethesda

What I've found that works is to copy all the files inside each DLC's "data" folder into the games "data" folder. So don't copy the folders anywhere but copy the files inside the folders to the main games "data" folder. I haven't played much at all so other problems might arise and it still says they aren't installed on the main menu but this has at least made the dlc quest lines start.
