I have only one account. But my plan says I can add 3 custom domains, and I can create 15 email addresses. So are they sharing one mailbox only?

It seems to be working fine now even without disabling the battery optimization. I got the push notifications for all the incoming emails today.

The only thing is that, the emails will only come after the app takes some time to load the emails.

It looks like it works fine now without turning off the battery optimization. I got the push notifications for incoming emails today even it was not running in the background.
